UNRWA will provide essential support, such as cash assistance, health care, education, protection and environmental health services, as well as Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) courses and soft skills sessions, to help promote employment opportunities. Additionally, UNRWA will provide back-to-school kits, psychosocial support, and green spaces in schools, as well as transport for refugee learners and support for entrepreneurship initiatives. All of these interventions are critical for the resilience of Palestine refugees and to prevent further impoverishment and despair.

The UNRWA Education in Emergencies (EiE) programme seeks to ensure Palestine refugee children can gain access to educational opportunities even during times of crisis. To this end, the Agency facilitates school/community linkages via Parent Teacher Association (PTA) platforms, "doing things differently" by delivering education in alternative ways, and "doing more of other things" such as providing more psychosocial support to children. Additionally, they focus on safety and security training for students, staff, and parents, "doing things that had not been the focus before."
